The Meditation Podcast by Jesse and Jeane Stern is truly one-of-a-kind. Each episode is guided meditation following a different topic. My favorite one is Rejuvenating Sleep. I have a very hard time falling asleep at night, and I refuse to take medication. With this meditation, I am able to fall into a deep, productive sleep at absolutely no cost! Use headphones for the greatest desired result.

“Hungry For Change” is the health documentary that finally helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. All the fad diets, all the Atkins, all the this and that – it needs to go! Whole, natural foods that are high in nutrition and low in calories combined with a reasonable exercise regimen will transform you into the person you want to be because health is not just about the waistline and butt lift. It gives you energy to do all those things you have been missing out on and helps to balance mind, body and spirit.

The Flexi Foodie is a blog by Julie Montagu. She blogs about advice, meals, fitness, relaxation and other wellness-related topics. She has some great insights about self-love, self-confidence and the uses of yoga.

The best channel on YouTube for fitness is XHIT. I like to isolate a different part of my body every time I work out in a sort of rotation. XHIT has great workouts for your butt, legs, arms, abs and even one to achieve a sexy back. One of my favorite workouts is Full Body Workout: How to Burn 100 Calories Using a Stability Ball. You can also follow them on Twitter.
